it's time to unearth the true and real background causing my today's fights against Discogs, Rate Your Music, Last.fm and some others.
.
It's all about an LP what was illegally published in 1970 with a first edition of about maybe 2000 issues. After that everything concerning this illegal product was set on fire, destroyed, erased, thrown away...in any way denied. But the first edition was already gone with the wind, no chance to take and get it back again...
.
1970, I was 20 years old. Rescued to Berlin in 1967 directly after school because in those days a young man under 18 did not have to go to the army when he was living in Berlin. That was possible because I was the youngest in my class and we also had 2 shorter school years. Anyway, I was a Berliner before my 18th birthday.
In Berlin I was living in the underground and nearly each night playing in all of those clubs that time.

Before I go on telling realities for the true history of what happened in 1970 I can say that I very much love the facts about the radioactive winds to blow from Fukushima right to the whole f... american west coast! From Portland (home of the discogs Mafia) to Seattle (home of the RYM Mafia)! I deeply hope that especially those two MFs, Mr. Kevin Lewandowski (discogs) and Mr. Hossein Sharifi (rateyourmusic) will soon have a little hard rain's shower and suffer!
When I'm gonna have enough money to sue them in the US I want them to be down and mad of pain already. By the way: The whole west coast is full of assholes, it nearly can't wet a wrong one...

March 31, 2011, continuing:
Lots of people knew me and I knew them in 1969 - one of those: Heiner Hohenhaus. Heiner was a so called master student of the HdK (university of fine arts Berlin) and he loved to play violin and to dream and to take LSD and Mary Jane beside painting and studying naked women.

We met each other some day in a club and instantly played a free jazz concert.


As I was much more stuck on beer and cigarettes we were a perfect duo in the late sixties.
Then we played along clubs, streets, even in St. Tropez...everywhere in Europe and had a big time.
One devil's day some guy from a major company saw us playing, talked to us blablabla and: We found ourselves back in a major record studio (Audio Tonstudio, the most famous record studio in Berlin at that time).
We played and somebody recorded it.

April 3, 2011, continuing:
We wanted to make an LP and Heiner already started to think about the cover - that was his domain as a master student of fine arts...
He created a 1 m square colour flash picture in spraying technique (remember, he did that 1969!) and built in a very very small b/w photograph of two naked people jumping high - Heiner on the left and me on the right.
The title was "TY" in big letters because Heiner thought he himself was looking like a "T" and I looked like a "Y". Beside that only our 2 names Franz de Byl & Heiner Hohenhaus were written on his 1m square cover art layout.
On the rear side Heiner just wanted to have the "horizon" of his graffitied landscape.
We wrote down what songs we had been playing and named the original composers and lyric writers and gave it all to the record company.

The record company said: Okay, we're doing it like you want it. Within the next 3-4 months your LP should be ready and done.
Okay, the LP was done after 3 months, but what we held in our hands then was s.th. we never, never would have had expected after all what'd happened before!
Heiner flipped out because they demolished his wonderful cover art and wrote his name in a wrong way (what is only really to track by people who speak german) and I got crazy because they printed that all compositions would have had been written by Heiner and me! But fuck it:
The original composers/writers were: Leonard Cohen, Stevie Winwood and some others - we just made something like adaptations from the original songs.
Thankfully we did not sign any contract before this first edition came out - so we refused to subscribe anything after we saw that fucking cover and heard that LP audio cut.

This whole lament could be the end of another very stinky story about what a major company can do with musicians what are young, naive and unsuspecting. But it wasn't: The major company already had spread about 2000 pieces of this LP and we could only illegalize any further printings.

But, you know, it was 1970 - nobody, really nobody could imagine that some day there would be something like a world wide web! We didn't! Heiner gave up and committed suicide and I thought FUCK IT - forget about it, nobody will see this bullcrop again and hurt us after Heiner is dead and I'm the only one to stay over.

Nearly 40 years later:
The whole mud is in the internet! With all defaults and illegal content about my and other peoples lives!

I said, ok let's face this problem again and then I spent weeks in trying to get into contact with all these people who published this illegal LP again. First of all: DISCOGS! There was a guy who called himself "Prancinghorse" and he made me understand that the internet is nothing but a playing field for anonymous motherfuckers who can break all the laws. When some MF wants to shit on you or tell lies about you - whatever: He can! Because he is an anonymous wanker and fucking coward and you can do nothing, because this sucker never shows his civil name and is protected in the so called "community" of IT-villains by Mr. Lewandowski (Teo) and the other MFs from Discogs (Nick, whoever...).

May 23, 2011:
Before I go on in the history I would like to spend some words about all those anonymous MFs who need to spam me with threats and silly insults. Each of them naturally - as I said: anonymous. Just phantasy names like "Panzerdivision John Candy" (Jesus what a sucker!!). I hate these cowards and baby-soothers. But on the other hand one can clearly see what kind of a community discogs is. It's nearly like Scientology...heads full of glue.
.
But here are some facts. First of all my birth certificate. Many of those tards are wondering, if my name would be my genuine one. And Mr. Obama gave me the idea to just publish my birth certificate in the net - here it is:

I reveived some spam and some other love letters from several discogs lemmings who are depressed due to my insults that wound Mr. L's and Mr. S's dignity...Jesus, forgive me!
Guys: It's not because I'm a nazi like you slaves say - it's just my christianity: "Do unto others as they do unto you"
Those both MFs never had a shadow of what people call respect to me - why should I have some for them. After nearly 5 years!
When somebody wants to comment this blog, he can mail me with his civil name and I will publish his comment. Whatever he will say.
